Anastasia Barron, Owner
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Anastasia is a dual Licensed (FL and MA) Master Medical Aesthetician, a Professional Makeup Artist, a Micropigmentation Specialist and a Licensed Nail Technician. Known for her perfectionism and eye for small details, she ensures that every client receives the VIP treatment. Anastasia has a notable educational background and impressive artistic ability, applying her knowledge and creativity to skincare and makeup.
A proud graduate of one of the leading skincare schools in Boston area – Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, Master Esthetics Program, Charme International School and Prestige Beauty Academy in Miami, FL Anastasia has been working as a skincare specialist, permanent makeup master and makeup artist for a decade. Some of her work venues include weddings, high-end fashion shows, photoshoots, commercial videos and various types of events and special occasions.
Anastasia is the visionary behind “Fort Lauderdale’s Ultimate Beauty Destination”, Baltic Beauty Cosmedical Centre. Originally from Russia, inspiring the name of her newly opened medical spa and salon. She was involved in every aspect of the build out and creation of the 6,000 square foot facility. Her eye for art, beauty and design is reflected in every corner of the space.
Daniel S. Kovacs, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Medical Director
Dr. Kovacs is a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive training in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. He provides highly personalized care using the latest proven techniques, treating each patient with individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals.

Blake Wakeman
Spa Manager
Blake brings exceptional leadership and client-focused expertise to Baltic Beauty Centre. With extensive management experience across service industries, he orchestrates a seamless, luxurious experience from the moment clients arrive.
His comprehensive knowledge of advanced skincare and body sculpting services enables him to provide personalized recommendations tailored to each client’s unique needs. Blake collaborates closely with the medical and aesthetic teams to ensure premium care and foster lasting client relationships.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and warm demeanor, Blake transforms routine appointments into rejuvenating experiences. He’s committed to creating an environment where clients feel both pampered and empowered, continually elevating Baltic Beauty Centre’s reputation as a premier medical aesthetics destination.
Mia Spagnoli
Front Desk Coordinator
Mia is a friendly and dependable part of the Baltic Beauty Centre team, helping ensure every client feels welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door. As the receptionist, she assists with scheduling, answers questions, and works to make each visit smooth, organized, and enjoyable.
Outside of the salon, Mia is working toward her degree in marketing with a focus in digital marketing, bringing a strong interest in communication and client experience into her role each day. With her warm personality and attention to detail, Mia helps create an inviting atmosphere while supporting both clients and staff. She is passionate about making sure every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and excited to return to Baltic Beauty Centre.
Steve Haston
MD
Initially trained in Internal Medicine, Dr. W. Steve Haston has devoted his career since 1998 exclusively to Cosmetic Dermatology. Recognized as one of Fort Lauderdale’s leading injectors, he brings a physician’s precision and a deep understanding of facial anatomy to every procedure.
At the forefront of Aesthetic Medicine, Dr. Haston utilizes advanced, evidence-based, non-surgical techniques to address facial aging, lipoatrophy, and sun damage. His expertise encompasses dermal fillers, neurotoxins such as Botox®, Jeuveau®, and Dysport®, as well as laser and pulsed-light technologies. He is committed to achieving natural, balanced results while emphasizing skin health, prevention, and long-term rejuvenation.
Izabela Stepien
Full Specialist and Electrologist
Izabela is our highly knowledgeable lead laser technician, electrologist and medical aesthetician. She has been with Baltic for over three years. A Poland native, she is fluent in Polish and English. After earning a diploma in Aesthetics from the Beauty Anatomy Institute she continued her education in microneedling, dermaplaning and chemical peels. Izabela also specializes in manicures and pedicures. She chose her career as an aesthetician after realizing her passion to help people look great and feel good about themselves.
Brenda Saenz
Esthetician and Electrologist
Brenda is a licensed esthetician and electrologist. She specializes in facials, laser hair removal and velashape.
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Brenda is fluent in English and Spanish. She is continuously taking opportunities to further her education, product knowledge and esthetics training.
Dr. Juliet Lee
Licensed Physician
Dr. Juliet Lee is a Florida licensed physician with over 15 years of experience in the field of medical aesthetics. She received bachelor’s degrees in both neurophysiology and economics from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in neuroscience from Northwestern University. Prior to attendance at Rush University Medical College, she did basic science research at Northwestern University which led to multiple scientific publications. She went on to an internal medicine residency at George Washington University Hospital and chose to focus on cosmetic medicine.
Dr Lee has had extensive training and is certified to perform various minimally invasive cosmetic procedures including cosmetic injectables, thread-lifts and laser and light-based treatments. She is a master injector with an expertise in dermal filler injections and she performs advanced injection techniques. She is also a trainer and educates other medical professionals in the aesthetic field.
Dr Lee’s philosophy is to employ an artistic approach to facial rejuvenation, providing patients with a natural, refreshed appearance.
Morgan Falla
Hairstylist
Morgan is a passionate hairstylist specializing in lived-in color, dimensional blondes, seamless extensions, precision cuts for both men and women, and bridal glam. Known for creating effortlessly beautiful, low-maintenance looks, she focuses on enhancing each client’s natural features while delivering results that feel as good as they look.
A graduate of the Aveda Institute, Morgan has been in the industry for 2 years and spent 3 years assisting top stylists, refining her technique and eye for detail. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a full transformation, she’s dedicated to bringing your vision to life with a personalized, elevated experience.
