Anastasia Nagaeva, Owner
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Anastasia is a dual Licensed (FL and MA) Master Medical Aesthetician, a Professional Makeup Artist, a Micropigmentation Specialist and a Licensed Nail Technician. Known for her perfectionism and eye for small details, she ensures that every client receives the VIP treatment. Anastasia has a notable educational background and impressive artistic ability, applying her knowledge and creativity to skincare and makeup.
A proud graduate of one of the leading skincare schools in Boston area – Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, Master Esthetics Program, Charme International School and Prestige Beauty Academy in Miami, FL Anastasia has been working as a skincare specialist, permanent makeup master and makeup artist for a decade. Some of her work venues include weddings, high-end fashion shows, photoshoots, commercial videos and various types of events and special occasions.
Anastasia is the visionary behind “Fort Lauderdale’s Ultimate Beauty Destination”, Baltic Beauty Cosmedical Centre. Originally from Russia, inspiring the name of her newly opened medical spa and salon. She was involved in every aspect of the build out and creation of the 6,000 square foot facility. Her eye for art, beauty and design is reflected in every corner of the space.

Dr. Schuster is a New York native. He is a highly qualified plastic surgeon, certified by American board of Plastic Surgery and National Board of Medical Examiners. With over 25 years of experience, his knowledge and expertise help him to achieve the results his patients desire.

Katie specializes in Injectables including Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau, Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, Belotero, RHA-Collection, Revanesse Versa, Sculptra, Kybella, PDO Threads, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, and microneedling. Additionally, she has expertise in fractionated and fully ablative lasers, tattoo removal, and the reduction of broken capillaries and sun damage on the face and body. Katie also has a background in functional medicine, offering services such as blood draws, hormone panel reviews, and vitamin deficiency assessments.
Katie is passionately committed to enhancing, restoring, and rejuvenating patients’ appearances naturally while prioritizing excellent outcomes in aesthetics and overall wellness.
Marcela Dantas
Nurse Practitioner
With a solid foundation built over years of experience in lifestyle and aesthetic medicine, Marcela seamlessly merged her extensive expertise into the realm of functional medicine as a Nurse Practitioner. Having spent over a decade honing her skills in the fast-paced environment of pediatric ICU nursing, Marcela’s commitment to holistic healthcare became the driving force behind her career transition.
Equipped with a Master’s degree from Purdue, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of functional medicine principles and their application in promoting overall wellness. Marcela’s goal is to help patients achieve their aesthetic aspirations while simultaneously addressing underlying health concerns to enhance their overall quality of life.
Marcela’s dedication to her craft is evident through her diverse certifications, including expertise in Botox and Filler treatments, Cosmetic Laser procedures, Hormone therapies, addressing Sexual Dysfunction concerns, and IV Infusion techniques.
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Marcela can establish strong rapport and provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse range of patients. By understanding their unique backgrounds and perspectives, she can tailor treatment plans that align with their individual needs and preferences. However, what truly sets Marcela apart is her unique ability to forge meaningful connections with patients on a personal level.
Izabela Stepien
Full Specialist and Electrologist
Izabela is our highly knowledgeable lead laser technician, electrologist and medical aesthetician. She has been with Baltic for over three years. A Poland native, she is fluent in Polish and English. After earning a diploma in Aesthetics from the Beauty Anatomy Institute she continued her education in microneedling, dermaplaning and chemical peels. Izabela also specializes in manicures and pedicures. She chose her career as an aesthetician after realizing her passion to help people look great and feel good about themselves.

Esthetician and ElectrologistBrenda is a licensed esthetician and electrologist. She specializes in facials, laser hair removal and velashape.
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Brenda is fluent in English and Spanish. She is continuously taking opportunities to further her education, product knowledge and esthetics training.

Irina is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience. She graduated from Boca Beauty Academy and has also completed advanced training courses in massage therapy in Russia and Bali. Irina takes a holistic approach to massage, viewing the body, emotions, and energy as an interconnected system. She aims to provide treatments that are deeply relaxing and restorative.Known for her skill in creating a soothing atmosphere, Irina provides tailored sessions that relieve muscular tension, increase energy, and boost mood. As a certified aromatherapy specialist, she expertly incorporates essential oils into her massages and provides recommendations for home use.Irina specializes in therapeutic bodywork and facial massages using techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy. Fluent in English and Russian, Irina is dedicated to providing an excellent massage therapy experience for each client.
Roberto Martocci

Since 2001, Roberto has been a professionally licensed massage therapist, energy healer, personal empowerment mentor/coach, and a compassionate, intuitive communication specialist. He utilizes all OFCE in order to offer the most effective, holistic approach to healing.
He is certified in a variety of massage and energy healing practices, including medical, sports, deep tissue, hot stone and relaxation massage, as well as reflexology, cranial sacral therapy, sound bowl frequency healing, reiki, polarity, crystal healing, and a variety of shamanic healing practices.
Roberto studied and taught at the Swedish institute college of health sciences in NYC, and has associates in science in health science and massage therapy. That along with his BFA degree as a professional dancer, he understands the science and mechanics of how the body works and uses this knowledge throughout the care he provides.
